Stray Jewellery's Returns Policy
Stray wants to make sure you are a happy shopper and hopes you love your purchase(s) but if you are unhappy with an item for any reason, please email me as soon as possible at hello@strayjewellery.com and I will do my best to put a smile back on your face!
If the item should need returned for any reason, please post the goods to the stated address (you’ll find it on the invoice) in their original packaging, enclosing the completed returns slip at the bottom of the invoice. I’m sorry but all my earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they have a genuine fault. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Stray Jewellery cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post. Postage charges are non-refundable and Stray Jewellery will pay for return postage costs on faulty items only.
