Shipping.
Congratulations to everyone who lives in the UK, shipping for you lucky lot is free! All items ordered from the UK will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed-for. I love my International friends too but will unfortunately have to charge a small postage fee of £3. All overseas orders will be sent using International Signed-for. If you would prefer a different type of postage please contact me when ordering and I’ll do my very best to help.
General Terms and Conditions.
Stray Jewellery is owned and organized by one hardworking person, who promises to pack your sparkles with care and send them on to their new home within three days of purchase. If this is impossible for any reason I will let you know asap, provide a new shipping date and give you the choice of a full refund if this does not suit.
Payment.
I am happy to accept, Paypal, Paypal E-checks, and Credit Cards. Unfortunately I can’t process money orders, phone payments or checks at this time.
Customise Orders.
For some pieces it’s possible to get chains shortened or lengthened etc. if this is something you’d like done please email me the details before purchasing and I’ll let you know if this is possible!
